MEDICAL HOME CARE SERVICES
Personalized Attention for All Your Health-Related Needs
REGISTERED NURSES &
LICENSED VOCATIONAL NURSES
Home Health Care Registered Nurses play an important role in helping patients stay healthy and independent in their homes. Registered Nurses work with patients and families to develop a plan of care that meets the patient’s needs and is specific to their individual situation. Registered Nurses also coordinate care with other health care providers, such as doctors, social workers, and physical therapists.
When you receive care at home from a licensed vocational nurse, you can expect individualized attention and a personalized care plan. LVNs are often an important part of the care team for patients with chronic conditions or those recovering from surgery. In addition to providing basic nursing care, LVNs also check patients' vital signs, dress wounds, insert catheters, and give injections. They may also provide education and support to patients and their families. LVNs work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. By choosing home care services from an LVN, you can be confident that you will receive high-quality, individualized care.
